Ultra Breakout EA is an advanced automated trading system developed for the MetaTrader 5 platform. It combines technical analysis, fundamental analysis, session-based trading, high-impact news trading, artificial intelligence features and automated trade execution in one system.

The EA continuously analyses the chart, identifies potential opportunities, waits for required confirmations and executes trades automatically on behalf of the client. It is designed to assist both experienced and developing traders by reducing manual chart analysis and emotional decision-making.

Once the client receives the Ultra Breakout EA file and activates it with a valid licence key, they only need to attach the EA to the relevant MT5 chart. After being attached the EA will automatically:

• Analyse the selected trading symbol
• Determine the current market direction
• Identify technical trading setups
• Monitor high-impact economic news
• Monitor major trading-session openings
• Wait for the required confirmations
• Identify possible buy or sell opportunities
• Display the analysis and confirmations on the chart
• Execute trades automatically when conditions are met
• Manage the trade according to the selected settings

Clients do not need to analyse the market manually before every trade — but should always use responsible risk-management settings and ensure their account has sufficient funds.

Mentors and clients don't need to host Ultra Breakout EA on SmartEdge or any external hosting platform. The mentor's responsibility is to purchase licence keys from the administrator and resell them to their own clients. The client installs the EA on MT5, attaches it to a chart, and the EA operates directly from their platform.

For continuous operation, MT5 must remain running with a stable internet connection. A VPS may be used when the client wants the EA to run while their PC is off, but hosting is not part of the licence process.

All session times use South African Standard Time. Clients must ensure their broker's server time and symbol names are configured correctly.

Ultra Breakout EA monitors the economic calendar, identifies important announcements and prepares the attached symbol for possible volatility before the official release time.

Attach the EA at least five minutes before release. The EA executes the news trade four seconds before the official release. News trades do not carry a fixed stop-loss or take-profit — they are managed by programmed news-trade rules due to spikes, slippage, wider spreads and requotes.

Risk notice. News trading is highly volatile. Execution can be affected by broker restrictions, spread expansion, slippage, liquidity and internet interruptions. Use responsible lot sizes and never trade with funds you can't afford to lose.

Mentors operate as authorised resellers of Ultra Breakout EA licences. They can:

• Purchase licence keys from the administrator
• View available licence keys
• Assign or sell keys to clients
• Keep records of sold & available keys
• Help clients with installation
• Guide clients through licence activation
• Provide basic installation & usage support

Mentors must not generate unauthorised keys, share one key with multiple clients, modify protected files, or make guaranteed-profit claims.

Market conditions change quickly and clients may lose part or all of their capital. Results can be affected by volatility, spreads, slippage, execution delays, internet, VPS, broker-server time, incorrect symbol selection, lot size, balance, leverage and news conditions.
